IPv4 Proxies for Scraping, SEO and Multi-Accounting — No IPv6
ProxyElite sells four IPv4 proxy types only: datacenter, rotating, personal and ISP. 895,000+ IPv4 addresses across 21+ countries. Static IPs where you need consistency, a rotating pool where you need volume.
ProxyElite — what you actually get
Own infrastructure, not resold pools
Our datacenter and ISP ranges sit on infrastructure we administer. That is why we can keep 99.8% uptime and replace a node when throughput drops — not when a third-party reseller decides to respond.
Elite anonymity, verified by headers
We strip `HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR` and `HTTP_VIA` from outbound requests. Target servers see the proxy IP as the originating address, not your real one. This matters on platforms that check header consistency before serving content.
21+ countries, IPv4 only
895,824 IPv4 addresses across the US, Germany, Russia, Turkey, China, Japan, Ukraine and others. No IPv6. If a target platform rejects IPv6 as untrusted, that is not a problem you inherit from us.
Support that reads tickets, not scripts
24/7 support staffed by people who work with proxies daily. If a proxy fails, they check the node and replace it. They do not ask you to clear cookies first.

Which IPv4 proxy type fits your task?
Scraping with cost control
Datacenter. You buy a block of static IPs and rotate them yourself. Cheapest per IP, but target sites with strict ASN checks may block datacenter ranges.
Scraping without IP bans
Rotating. Every request leaves from a different IP in a 100k+ pool. Rate limits and per-IP bans stop being the bottleneck.
One account, zero neighbors
Personal. A dedicated IPv4 address not shared with anyone else. For accounts where another user’s behavior on the same IP would hurt you.
Datacenter speed, ISP trust
ISP. The IP is registered to an ISP, so it does not look like a datacenter address. Static, fast, and harder to flag than standard datacenter IPs.
What every ProxyElite IPv4 client gets
IPv4 country selection
21+ geolocations: US, Germany, Russia, Turkey, China, Japan, Ukraine and more. Country-level targeting, not city-level.
Header hygiene
Outbound requests do not carry `X-Forwarded-For` or `Via`. The target sees the proxy IP, not your origin.
Volume pricing
The more IPs or requests you buy, the lower the unit price. The calculator in your account shows the exact number before payment.
Dashboard controls
Replace IPs, manage IP whitelists, add connections, enable UDP. All from the panel without opening a ticket.
List export
Filter, sort and export your IP list as TXT, CSV or JSON. The format matches what scrapers and antidetect browsers expect.
Node replacement on failure
If a node drops below threshold, we move your IPs. You do not wait for a scheduled maintenance window.

IPv4 proxy types explained without the marketing
ProxyElite works with IPv4 only. No IPv6. Below is what separates the four types in practice, written for people who already know what a proxy is and need to choose one.
IPv4 Datacenter proxies: speed and cost, with an ASN trade-off
Datacenter IPv4 proxies run on servers in data centers. The IP is registered to a hosting provider or data center ASN, not to a residential ISP. That gives you two things: low latency and a low price per IP. It also means anti-bot systems can classify the range as datacenter traffic if they check ASN reputation. For scraping targets with relaxed bot protection, datacenter proxies are the most efficient option. For targets that block hosting ASNs outright, they will fail regardless of how many IPs you buy. Datacenter proxies are static by default. If a workflow needs a stable address across a session, that is an advantage. If it needs a different IP per request, use rotating.
IPv4 Rotating proxies: one gateway, many exit IPs
Rotating IPv4 proxies give you a single endpoint that routes each request through a different exit IP from a pool. ProxyElite’s pool exceeds 100,000 IPv4 addresses. Rotation can happen per request or on a timer. The practical effect is that rate limits tied to a single IP stop applying, and per-IP bans become ineffective. This is why rotating proxies are the default for price monitoring, SERP tracking and large-scale scraping. The trade-off is session continuity: if a target requires a login to stay on one IP, a fast-rotating pool breaks that. For those cases, use a static option or a sticky session if the provider supports it.
IPv4 Personal proxies: exclusivity, not shared reputation
A personal IPv4 proxy is a static address assigned to one client. No other ProxyElite customer uses it during your rental period. That matters on platforms where IP reputation is collective: if another user on the same IP triggers a ban, everyone on that IP inherits the consequences. With a personal proxy, you inherit only your own behavior. Personal proxies are static, unlimited traffic and support the same protocols as the other types. They are the right choice when you need one or a few addresses for account isolation, not for scraping volume. The minimum order is one IP.
IPv4 ISP proxies: the middle ground between datacenter and residential
ISP proxies use IPv4 addresses registered to Internet Service Providers rather than data centers. To a target site, the connection looks like it comes from a residential or business ISP subscriber. To you, it performs like a datacenter proxy: static IP, 100 Mbps to 1 Gbps, unlimited traffic, low latency. This combination is why ISP proxies work on platforms that block datacenter ASNs but still allow static connections. They cost more than datacenter proxies because the IP ranges are scarcer and the registration is different. Use ISP proxies when a target rejects datacenter ranges and you need more stability than a rotating pool provides. They are still IPv4, still static, and still shared by up to 5 users per IP.
Why we do not sell IPv6 proxies
Many platforms, marketplaces and anti-fraud systems still treat IPv4 as the default trusted address family. IPv6 ranges are often either not supported at all or flagged as higher risk because adoption on residential and business networks is uneven. Selling IPv6 would mean handing clients a proxy that a target may reject before any request reaches the content. ProxyElite stays IPv4-only so that when a proxy fails, it fails for a reason we can diagnose — not because the target does not accept the protocol version. If a provider offers IPv6 as a cheap alternative, check whether your target platform accepts IPv6 traffic before buying.
IPv4 proxy FAQ
How much do IPv4 proxies cost at ProxyElite?
Datacenter proxies start at $0.065 per IP. Rotating proxies start at $25 per 1 million requests. Personal proxies start at $3.68 per IP. ISP proxies start at $0.175 per IP. The final price depends on IP count, location and rental period and is shown in the calculator before payment.
How fast are proxies delivered after payment?
Immediately. Access is provisioned automatically. You can download the IP list as TXT, CSV or JSON from your dashboard and connect it to your software without waiting for manual approval.
Do you offer IPv6 proxies?
No. ProxyElite works exclusively with IPv4 addresses. We do not sell IPv6 proxies because many target platforms still treat IPv4 as the default trusted address family, and IPv6 ranges are more frequently rejected or flagged.
What is the difference between datacenter and ISP proxies?
Datacenter proxies use IPs registered to data centers. They are faster and cheaper but easier for anti-bot systems to classify. ISP proxies use IPs registered to real Internet Service Providers, so they look like residential or business ISP connections while keeping datacenter-level speed and static stability.
Which IPv4 proxy type is best for web scraping?
Rotating IPv4 proxies are the standard choice for scraping at scale. They pull exit IPs from a pool of 100,000+ addresses and change the IP automatically, reducing rate limits and per-IP bans. Use static datacenter or ISP proxies only when a session must stay on one address.
Choose the IPv4 proxy type that matches your task
Datacenter for cost, rotating for volume, personal for exclusivity, ISP for ISP-registered static IPs. All IPv4. No IPv6.
