Prohibited Activities

Using our proxy servers for the following activities is strictly prohibited:

Committing illegal acts or other violations of applicable law, threats, harassment, or infringement of another person's right to privacy, unauthorized sending of messages, interception, tracking, or alteration of messages not intended for you.

Harm to users, in particular through the use of viruses, spyware and malicious software, worms, Trojans, time bombs or other similar malicious program codes or commands, committing deceptive and fraudulent acts, misrepresentation, phishing, theft or attempted theft of personal identification data, participation in illegal gambling or advertisement of such games.

Actions that demean human dignity, intimidate people, provoke violence, or incite harm against any person or group of persons based on their age, sex, race, ethnic or national origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability, geographical location, or on any other unlawful basis.

Exploitation of children or causing them harm, sale, purchase, or advertisement of prohibited or restricted products or services, downloading, uploading, transmission, and display of materials related to pornography or violence categories, as well as providing access to such materials.

Collection of personal information without appropriate permission. This information includes, but is not limited to, account holders' full names and email addresses, participation in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the operation of "ProxyElite.Biz" services or products (as well as servers and networks connected to ProxyElite.Biz services).
