It all depends on the rental period. Our proxies remain active throughout the entire paid period. If the rental is for 30 days, the proxy will work all 30 days without replacement. If for 365 days, then they will work all 365 days.

To check the operation of our proxy servers, you need to bind the proxy package to the IP of your device on which you plan to perform the test. In your browser settings, specify the received IP address and port (port 8080 is recommended). Visit the page your IP address. If your IP address changes, it means the proxy servers are working. Due to binding to a specific IP address, it is impossible to check the proxy through external services or programs.

To get the login and password for proxy authentication, go to the "Products/Services" section and select the desired service. Then find the "IP Binding" field – the login and password for accessing the proxy list will be indicated before it.

You can download the proxy list in TXT and CSV formats. To do this, select the desired format in your personal account, and the list download will start automatically.

All our proxies are completely anonymous, and IP addresses are replaced. Perhaps your software or checker is functioning incorrectly and shows your real IP address.

Yes, you can regenerate the list of IP addresses once every 8 days, getting new addresses. This action is not mandatory but is available upon request. It is difficult to say what percentage of new IPs there will be, as the process is fully automated.

Your proxy list works only with the bound IP address in the client panel. Since the proxy checker's IP address is different from yours, these proxies will be unavailable to it.

Yes, if your provider issues different IP addresses within the same subnet, then you can conveniently use authentication by login and password (since 99.9% of providers work within one subnet). In this case, binding is carried out within the subnet mask /21 from the bound IP address in the personal account. The IP address range is calculated automatically. You can calculate this range using a CIDR calculator, for example this service. For example, if your IP address is 85.249.0.0 and you add /21 to it, enter 85.249.0.0/21 and get the working IP address range from 85.249.0.0 to 85.249.7.255. If your IP address changes to any other within this subnet, the proxy servers will continue to work with authentication by login and password, and you will not need to change the IP address in the client panel each time.

All our proxy lists are imported together with the port. You can download them in TXT and CSV formats from your personal account. If you have proxies without ports, you can add them manually:

1. For HTTP(s) protocols, use port 8085.

2. For Socks(4,5) protocols, use port 1085.

This means that the IP address channel is provided to only one user for the entire payment period. It is not shared with anyone else.

It is impossible to change proxies manually. The proxy list is generated randomly from more than 300 class (C) subnets, ensuring maximum diversity within one package.

2. If binding is correct, check the proxy in your browser on the device to which the service is connected.

3. Open browser settings and enter the IP address from your proxy package and port (port 8080 is recommended).

4. Go to the site whoer.net. If the IP address changes, it means the proxy servers are working.

5. If the problem persists, the issue may be with your software that uses our proxies. In this case, contact technical support and describe your problem in detail.

If you need to use proxies on several devices simultaneously, you can split a large package into smaller ones and bind them to the respective IP addresses of your devices.

Binding to an IP address is a mandatory condition for using our proxy servers. If you have a dynamic IP, proxies will work with authentication by login/password within the /21 mask. If you plan to use a large package on different servers, we recommend canceling the current service and taking two smaller volume packages, binding each service to the IP address of the corresponding server.

If limits are exceeded, your service switches to "Slow Mode," where only one simultaneous connection per IP is available. The time the service will operate in "Slow Mode" depends on the number of violations within 24 hours:

1. Up to 2 violations – 5 minutes.

2. From 3 to 6 violations – 15 minutes.

3. From 7 to 10 violations – 30 minutes.

4. More than 10 violations – 60 minutes.
