We categorically oppose any illegal actions by our clients. Our service has certain restrictions, and using our proxies for the following purposes is strictly prohibited:

1. Committing illegal acts or violating current legislation.
2. Threatening, harassing, or violating the privacy of others, as well as unauthorized sending, interception, or alteration of others' messages.
3. Distributing malicious software (viruses, trojans, miners, etc.).
4. Conducting brute-forcing (password guessing and hacking).
5. Fraud, deception, phishing, and theft or attempted theft of identity data.
6. Participating in illegal gambling or advertising such games.
7. Actions demeaning human dignity, intimidating, or inciting violence, discriminating based on age, gender, race, ethnic or national origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or location.
8. Exploitation or harm to children.
9. Selling, buying, or advertising prohibited or restricted goods and services.
10. Downloading, uploading, and distributing materials related to pornography or violence, as well as providing access to them.
11. Collecting personal information without appropriate permission, including full names and email addresses of account holders.
12. Engaging in activities that interfere with the normal operation of our services.
13. Violating copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, or other intellectual property rights.
14. Violating privacy or publicity rights of any persons.

You are not entitled to use "ProxyElite.Biz" services in any way that contradicts the Terms of Use or Service Terms applicable to specific services. It is also prohibited to sell, resell, or duplicate any company products or services without its written consent. The listed items are examples, and this list may be periodically updated. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend service for users who, in our opinion, violate these conditions.

To ensure quality and prompt processing of complaints related to violations of our service usage rules, ProxyElite.Biz introduces a complaint processing fee. Effective February 7, 2024, a fee of $35 USD will be charged for each complaint. This measure is aimed at covering administrative costs associated with investigating and making decisions on complaints. Each complaint will be processed separately, and a separate invoice will be issued for each.

Upon receiving a complaint, we will conduct a full investigation to establish facts and take necessary measures. The client will be notified of the complaint and given the opportunity to comment on the situation. During the investigation, the client's services will be temporarily suspended.

The complaint review fee is non-refundable and is charged regardless of the outcome. The invoice will be issued at the end of the investigation, and payment must be made within 3 days of its issuance. Notifications about complaints are sent exclusively through the ticket system in the personal account. If the complaint does not fall under conditions requiring payment, or if ProxyElite.Biz deems the complaint unfounded, the fee may be refunded.

The company reserves the right to change the complaint processing fee amount at any time without prior notice. Changes will be published on our website and take effect immediately. By continuing to use our services after such changes, users confirm their agreement with the new complaint review fee.

In case of repeated complaints against a client, ProxyElite.Biz reserves the right to suspend all services without refund. A client may be exempted from paying the complaint review fee at the discretion of ProxyElite.Biz, especially if they actively cooperate and take measures to prevent recurrence of similar situations.

Access to ProxyElite.Biz services is permitted only for individuals who have reached 18 years of age and have full legal capacity under the laws of their country. By using our service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and have the right to enter into legal agreements and obligations. You also guarantee that the information you provide during registration or at any other time is accurate and up-to-date. Violation of these conditions may result in immediate blocking of access to the service without prior notice.

Within 24 hours after activating an account in our service, if our proxies do not suit you, you can get your money back. To request a refund, contact technical support.

To ensure stable and reliable operation of our service, we set limits on the number of simultaneous connections depending on the tariff plan.

For tariffs up to 1,000 IPs
up to 600 simultaneous connections
For tariffs from 1,000 to 5,000 IPs
number of connections is 3 times the number of IPs
For tariffs from 5,000 to 15,000 IPs
number of connections is 2 times the number of IPs
For tariffs from 15,000 IPs
connection limit equals the number of IPs

If limits are exceeded, your service switches to "Slow Mode," where only one simultaneous connection per IP is available. The time the service will operate in "Slow Mode" depends on the number of violations within 24 hours:

Up to 2 violations
5 minutes
From 3 to 6 violations
15 minutes
From 7 to 10 violations
30 minutes
More than 10 violations
60 minutes

We strive to provide each client with timely and quality assistance, so we have established the following rules for processing requests:

1. Response Speed: We value our clients and try to respond to all requests as quickly as possible. Usually, you will receive a reply within 2 hours after creating a ticket. This demonstrates how important your satisfaction and comfort are when working with our services.
2. Official Regulation: Despite our efforts to provide prompt support, the official regulation provides for a response within 24 hours of receiving your request. This time is necessary for us to deeply analyze your question and prepare a helpful response.
3. How to Submit a Request: To have your question considered immediately, please fill in all fields when creating a ticket in the support system. Provide detailed information about your problem or question; this will speed up finding a solution.
4. Viewing Ticket History: You can always check the status of your request and view the history of all your requests in your personal account on our website. This is a convenient way to track the resolution of your issue.

Our proxy service provides a wide range of additional services aimed at meeting the needs of our clients. We strive to ensure flexibility and convenience when working with our proxies, offering both standard and additional paid services to optimize your experience.

Free additional services include:

- Exclusion of subnets from the proxy package.
- Unscheduled proxy replacement at client's request on the first day after purchase.
- Partial proxy replacement in the service package.
- Cancellation of service or services bypassing the cancellation limit (1 time per 3 days).
- Other operations that take minimal time.

Paid additional services include:

- Splitting one large package into several smaller ones - $110 one-time.
- Selecting and keeping only one or several subnets chosen by the client in the proxy package - $35 one-time.
- Other tasks requiring additional resources and time from the technical department are discussed individually with our technical support.

Please note that this list of services is not exhaustive. We are ready to consider your unique requests and offer personalized solutions for maximum efficiency and convenience when using our service.

We offer server proxies (datacenter proxies) for sale. These proxies are not residential or mobile, which may cause some websites to view them as IP addresses for automatic actions or VPN use. When using such proxies, it is important to carefully monitor browser fingerprints, fingerprints, and your profile visit history to avoid detection of proxy usage.

Although we have separate pages with proxies for specific sites, we offer functional proxies as a working product. We guarantee that all our proxies are operational and have internet access; however, we cannot guarantee that each proxy will be compatible with the client's chosen website. When purchasing our services, the client must understand that proxies may not work fully or at all with their specific website.

In our standard tariffs, we do not sell proxies for specific sites, but the client can always contact support with a request to update the proxy list without additional charge or select IP addresses from our database that will be compatible with a specific website (paid service).

As a provider of proxy sales services, we place high importance on security and compliance with legislation in our operations. Due to the actions of some clients, we are forced to restrict access through our proxies to certain websites. Mainly, this concerns sites related to banks and payment systems, government portals, email services and mailings, as well as stock exchanges.

To check the geolocation of our proxies, we rely exclusively on the official RIPE tool (Réseaux IP Européens Network Coordination Centre). RIPE is the primary source of data on IP address geolocation in Europe, as it manages their distribution and provides the most up-to-date information. Please consider this when purchasing proxy services from ProxyElite.Biz.

Server proxies may frequently update their location, which distinguishes them from residential and mobile proxies. Databases such as 2IP, MaxMind, Ip2Location, Ipfy, and others are not official sources and may be updated with a delay.

We strictly adhere to using data only from official sources. Note that companies such as Google, Yandex, Meta, and Instagram also have their own geo-databases, and checking IP addresses against their databases is impossible.

When registering on the ProxyElite.Biz website, you undertake to keep your credentials and password confidential and are responsible for all actions performed using your account. It is recommended to use strong passwords, including a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, and not to share them with third parties.

In case of detection of unauthorized access to your account or other security breaches, it is necessary to immediately notify ProxyElite.Biz. The company is not responsible for losses or damages arising from violation of the specified security rules.

We take all possible measures to protect user information; however, data security also depends on your compliance with security rules. Remember that data transmission over the Internet is not always secure. Despite our efforts to protect your data, ProxyElite.Biz cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us or used by our services.

All materials and services provided on the ProxyElite.Biz website are the property of the company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Without the explicit written permission of the site administration, no part of the content or services may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, published, transmitted, or distributed.

Upon termination of access, you must immediately cease using the service and delete all downloaded materials.

ProxyElite.Biz may also modify, suspend, or cease service provision without notice. We are not responsible for any changes or termination of services. In case of termination of your account, you are obliged to fulfill all obligations up to that date, including paying debts to ProxyElite.Biz.
